I have sinus and doctors have advised me to undergo Endoscope surgery. I wanna know that will I be completely cured if surgery is done ? And will there be any side effects like swelling in the face or anything else ?

Endoscopic sinus surgery involves use of rigid endoscopes along with specialized instruments to remove cause of obstruction to sinuses and also openings of sinuses will be widened with various instruments.
This is a minimally invasive procedure and in good hands has got minimal complications and good outcome
Regarding cure rate endoscopic sinus surgery has got fairly good cure rates though its not 100 percent.
Usually maximal medical therapy is indicated before going ahead with surgery
There won't be any swelling after routine endoscopic surgery
