Chronic red throat
Red throat from 6 months.Other symptoms are Tonsil stones ,red tonsils ,blocked nose and post nasal drip in morning.Allergy and antacid medicine provides mild relief but once stop red throat becomes worse.Eating oily food makes sore scratchy.Ige value was 150iu/ml.Everytime I goes to ent he starts the same allergy medicine and anti acids..fiber optic laryngoscopy was done 6 months back.The physical symptoms has started impacting my mental health.No issues in swallowing food but not able to eat dry food comfortably.It feels dry in throat.kindly suggest

Life style and dietary changes along with antacids for atleast 2weeks Increase fibre and water intake Avoid oily and spicy foods Maintain oral hygiene Gargle regularly with warm saline water

You need to change diet.avoid oily  ,spicy food.avoid tea coffee alcohol..take antacid (pantop D)regularly for atleast 2 weeks..along with it take ulgel A three times a day..its reflux only..do not lie down after having meal..take fruits and curd
