I have a heavy headed ness everyday with a kind of dizziness. A general physician asked me to take CT brain scan. The report shows chronic otamastoiditis and polypoidal mucosal thickening in bilaterally maxillary What is the next step to be done. Does these cause the heaviness mad dizziness

Go to any E.N.T. Specialist and get you otoscopic ear examination/ oto endoscopy done first. With out ear examination it’s always remain confusion and you won’t get proper management

The CT report is suggestive of middle ear infection, which can cause dizziness. This needs a assessment by an ENT surgeon.
