Chronic Leucocytic leukemia
Was diagnosed at R&R hospital, Delhi. I was serving in the Indian Army then. No medication prescribed. Quarterly CBC test is being done to check the counts.

If asymptomatic and no defined indication of treatment then you can safely wait and watch with periodic blood and imaging checks..treatment can be started only when required and indicated

Since not symptomatic can wait and watch, delay treatment now. At a later date if symptomatic can start chemotherapy
