What is your job ?
Try few of these. Take regular physical exercises for 1 hour daily. Eat well balanced diet and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water. Take a glass of hot milk before going to bed at night.
If there are any factors causing stress , try to remove them.
Don't sleep in the daytime. Read books on your favourite subject after dinner.
If all these measures fail consult neurologist.
