Chronic inflammation
I been having chronic inflammation of upper respiratory tract for 2,5 years after I got sick with flu or virus and the symptoms most of the day are sore throat (someday mild someday sever), throat clearing most of the time , post nasal drip, nasal blockage, dry and cracked lower lip. I have done endoscopy, 24ph metry and no tests show reflex. Tried nasal steroid spray and also no relief .

Post nasal drip is a sign of sinusitis,I would suggest you to visit an ent specialist doctor and get yourself examined properly and then take proper treatment accordingly.
