Chronic head and neck pain plus buzzing
Two years, buzzing started left side inner ear. Low to moderate pain and tenderness in suboccipital muscles and left temporalis will sometimes spasm. I wear a mouth guard for bruxism, i've had PT and two MRI's. No MS, no sign of stroke, found PFO after echocardiogram. I'm being told it's migraines and tension headaches, currently taking nortriptyline 50mg at night. I just want another opinion, i'm active, I work out, aware of posture. I want he buzzing and pain to stop.

If by any possibility if you have camphor with you ,heat some coconut oil and add 1 camphor into it.apply this oil over your frontal and temporal area and steam ..do this regularly for 2 weeks. This sounds more like a sinus infections, possibly sphenoid which I will be able to evaluate only upon seeing your MRI film
Health Tips
You need a proper course of Ayurvedic medicines with which the pain will certainly subside.you will be able to see the difference in the very first 2 weeks. accessory methods like steaming can help only in a minor way since the infection seems to be pretty intense
