Chronic DVT
My mom is having chronic DVT since last 5 years. She is taking warf 9 mg. Her latest pt inr is 1.02 I am attaching her recent colour Doppler report. Can someone suggest plan of action? Should we go for surgery?

First treat the DVT completely. Then go for surgery Dose of warfarin should be increased or   changed to acitrom
