Chronic dandruff
Chronic dandruff for about 3-4 years. tried a lot of medicines but nothing works. The dandruff is highly flaky.

Hi. Greetings. You'll need maintenance treatment after initial treatment for your dandruff. You'll need anti fungals, tar based and even mild topical steroids based treatment. It's also important for me to check whether you could be having scalp psoriasis and treatment for that may require oral medications also. So see a dermatologist near you . hope this helps.
