Chronic cough since 30 days

My name is Sumit. Age 28, Male. I am having cough since past 1 month and the antibiotics or syrups didnt help. I have dust allergy since 2 years. But the cough problem is present since past 30 days. Specially every morning, its difficult to breathe. Most of my time in entire day is spent in throwing out cough. I have also observed that sitting in Air Conditioned room also adds to my problem as if I have allergy from AC as well. Even right now I am feeling as if something is obstructing in breathing and its the cough ofcourse. No matter how many times I spit it out, cough comes back within seconds. Please help.
