See Amla has vitamin C and this helps in better healing....and also decreasing inflammation of choroiditis. Vitamin c is also present in lemon juice and that can also b taken. 1 or 2 Amla a day is enough.
Excessive vitamin c gets secreted in urine and hence is not a problem.
