Diet and exercise should be tried for a minimum of 3-4 months atleast and seriously. Also, a clinical consultation and additional lab review to assess overall issues. Drugs for cholesterol is the last option . However additional clinical information could have helped me to set a goal for you ! Nonetheless the lipids are borderline and mildly elevated
