Cholestrol, BP, bladder stone, pain
Hi I 've recently suffered heart attack. BP and cholestrol is high, with allopathic medicine it is under control. I ve Quit smoking. Mouth ulcer and constipation is quite often. I also have 10 mm stone in my gall bladder. Back and joint pains a lot.
I would prefer homeopathy.

drink plenty and I mean plenty of water. go for walk regularly. no restarting of smoking. and I would personally suggest Meditation. it helps in calming down the mind.
