Cholesterol levels increasing since 2 yr
Hii Doc, My Age is 34 years.I don't have any other health related issues. My cholesterol levels have been increasing continuously for past 2 years.. My current reports are as below Cholestrol - 259 Triglycerides - 142 HDL cholesterol - 42 Non Hdl cholesterol - 217 LDL Cholesterol - 187 Lipoprotein - 46.1 My doctor has suggested me to take Zivast 10 for 2 months along with necessary life style changes. Kindly suggest what would be the best solution?

I agree with your doctor's advice. You need aggressive lifestyle changes in addition to medication.

Follow the same advice, he has given a proper treatment Lifestyle and dietary modifications are important along with the medications
