Cholesterol levels
I am just turning 30 yrs and I have 2 year old baby. I took a comprehensive blood test and cholesterol levels were marked as average risk. Total cholesterol is 208 and hdl is 46. Non hdl cholesterol is 161. Ldl cholesterol is 138. Does this require any medication? I am 75 kg with 5.6 height. Non diabetic. BP normal/low.

Get thyroid and kidney function tests, you dont need medicine for cholesterol, but definitely require diet and lifestyle changes
