Chnge in period duration
My period usually lasts 7 days with a moderate flow but my last period lasted only 5 days with very light flow and with only a drop or two on the 5th day. I did have sexual intercourse two days before getting my last period.
I've also noticed that my flow has come down significantly over the years. Should I be concerned?

As you age, the ovarian reserve begins to diminish.
Get your AMH levels done.
Also get a sonography pelvis done.
Inform the reports.
