My friend had done a test on 18 Jan 2018 in india for Chlamydia Antibody Panel, Serum @ (EIA) and as per the report Chlamydia trachomatis, IgG index = 0.62 (<0.8 negative) but Chlamydia pnuemoniae, IgG index = 2.40 (>= 1.1 positive). What is the treatment for this? And do i need to take another test (PCR test real time)?
