I want to fix by chipped tooth fix without removing my original tooth i dnt want any crowns plz help and let me know if there is other way..

Filling can be done if its a chip and not decay without removal of tooth. You need to be careful though since it can chip again. Its wise to go for crowns to prevent further damage
