Hi,
Kids cry middle of night due to any night mare. Avoid electronic gadgets(TV/ mobile etc) atleast 2-3 hrs before going to bed and allow these stuffs for only 2 hrs in a day.
Next Steps
No complications. Wake them completely and then Console them. Nothing to worry.
