Child weight issue
My baby boy is 3months old. He is 4.3kg now. He was 2.3 wen born. Is this weight ok or is it underweight?

Hello..... Weight birth should be around 2.5 kg.. In preterm delivery birth weight will be little less.. At 3 month old weight will be around 5 to 6 kg.. If he is preterm baby don't worry he will catch up.. Continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months.. If he falling sick repeatedly that would stunt his growth.. Consult pediatrician.
