Child Vomitings

Asked for Female, 4 Years

Our 4.5 year old daughter vomited 2-3 times today. Very light watery vomit. Slight fever for which we have given Tylenol (acetaminophen) and she doesn't have a fever now. However, she is complaining of a mild stomach ache too. Please suggest.
