  4. Child hit his head. Has fever. Related.

Child hit his head. Has fever
My child who is 4 fell from.the bed and hit his head yesterday morning. Around 12 noon. We iced it. He was fine. No bumps or bruises. He was in pain but seemed ok and resumed activities. Today he seems dull and has fever since afternnon. Should I be worried. Is it related.
