My child 8 yrs old is acting as 5 yrs old, i've notice that he late developmental and his attitude is not for 8 yrs old.

The child's environment will play a great role in his development physically and mentally, but if you have doubts on the development I would advise you to visit your pediatrician and have him evaluated to rule out any developmental delays.
