  4. Child cry for small things. Doing wrong?

Child cry for small things
My son is 3 years old.whenever if I say anything he start crying. From 4 5 months he is behaving like this. If I say donot do this he start crying. Why he is behaving like this. While studying if I say beta yeh acha nhi kiya then he start crying. Is that something I m doing wrong ??
