Child consultation for fever
Hello Doctor,
My name is Prerna Malhotra, mother of 13 year old child..My child is having fever, cough, cold, running nose, weakness since yesterday afternoon..
Fever 100-101 degree range till today..
Oxygen saturation is fine..
Any medicine to be given to child for fever above 100 degrees & potency too, pls advise urgently..
Any multivitamin or Zinc syrup or tablet to be given to child, pls advise..
