Hello madam. Please get your child checked for hearing.. May be there is a hearing problem. After the checkup, you can consult a good homoeopath. We can probably help your child. Good day

It doesn't seems to be normal. You should first consult pediatrician. I feel it's Attention deficit disorder. In this children are not over active. These symptoms are seen in youger age. But you should consult with pediatrician & confirm the dignosis. He is not talking at all? If he is talking small words then it's fine. Some children's talk late also. And doesn't get your instructions then check whether he doesn't have hearing problem? If it's ADD/ ADHD then he needs treatment.  For ADHD or other complaints Homoeoapthy has treatment to get rid of it & without any side effects.
Next Steps
For treatment you can consult me online. I can courier you medicines.
