My kid, 5yr girl , sometimes not listening to Yelders, and difficult to make her understand. She is good in all abilities. But shows more interest to c TV,

Hi,
It's all very common and Normal at this age.
As the age progress , it get vanished.
For example she may be very obedient in school or in some new place..
If you feel really disturbing, you can token system or reinforcement startergies for improvement.

3-6 year olds can be very Madam like.As said below can be perfectly normal part of growing up.
Next Steps
Reassess what time is given by you and others to the child
Ensure clear expectations from your end about when and how much TV can be watched
Provide activities to do like colouring building toys and praise her

Use lots of praise when she does things that is positive and as per expectations
