Does chicken pox infect someone twice? If someone was infected in his childhood will it affect him again?

No, it doesn't. The virus could get activated later in life to cause Herpes zoster.

Usually it is not affect twice But If the individual is immunocompromised, there may be a second attack

No it does not infect someone in almost 99% cases for the second time. The first infection make the individual immune to the virus infection
