Chicken pox marks fade over 3 to 6 months. Procedures like chemical peels and certain depigmenting creams can be used to quickly remove the spots. If there are any holes (scars) remaining after the mark is gone, it will treatment with fractional laser or dermaroller or other minor procedures since they won't fade away with creams.
