Varicella Zoster commonly called chicken pox is a viral infection where in vesicles are formed. New vesicles could be seen upto 1 week following which they start to dry up and form scabs which also takes upto one week. Anti viral agents and immunoglobulin treatment help in preventing the spread and reducing the course of the disease.
