N avoid thick moisturiser n avoid parlour treatment like facial.

This is Milia. They r tiny white bumps that commonly appear on the face. Milia develop when tiny skin flakes become trapped in small pockets near the surface of the skin. Although milia can develop at any age. They will have to b removed. Creams won't help in removal. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
