Chest tightness
Hello doc, am non diabetic, I have chest tightness when I move neck and also there is pain in upper back. Am suffering this from 2 and half years. I consulted pulmonologist, gastroenterologist and I also consulted cardiologist 1year back done echo, tmt and ecg all are normal. But there's no change. I feel tightness and crushing pain when I move neck or when I bend down or side. This chest tightness feel in the middle and left side downward ribs. What's the problem am not able to find. And many doctors said there's nothing with the heart it may be due to muscle spasm. But this problem occurring frequently what to do am not able to understand and with whom should I consult. Am totally confused. Please help...

Your complaints are non cardiac , these symptoms which u r describing are not at all related to heart. They seem to be cervical spine issue / musculoskeletal issue
