Chest tightness and uneasiness. Doctors.

Having chest tightness and uneasiness for last 2 years almost.Consulted many cardiologist and got the test done.Last echo shows trivial Mr and grade 1 diastolic dysfunction.I feel like as if I am leaking in my chest.Last two months whenever I climb stairs more than 3 flights I feel like I will die from breathlessness.There is some swelling on my left ankle too,it's more on my left side.I feel as if blood is flowing way too fast in my left side.Started taking metxl 25 on suggestion of a family friend cardiologist. I am unable to do my daily routine,this is hindering my routine life. Doctors here plz help and suggest what line of treatment I should go for.It is not a psycological issue as suggested by few doctors.
