Chest tightness and chest pain
Hello Sir/Ma'am,
I have been experiencing chest tightness and chest pain from some months now.
I have gone to a cardiologist and I did echo, ecg, blood test, tmr, chest x ray, doctor said my heart is fine and cholesterol is little high, he gave cholesterol tablets.
Can you please tell me what are the home remedies that can help relieve chest tightness and chest pain?

You need some local hot fomenting and local analgesics use. No need of any other medication if diet is all okay. Try and change posture related pains due to uncomfortable seating like chairs or recliner
