Chest Pains w/ Resting BPM up to 157
I am 19, female, 5'5, and around 145 lbs. I exercise regularly, and eat fairly healthy. For about 3+ years, I've been getting occasional chest pains that can sometimes end up with me throwing up and passing out. I started recording my heart rate a few days ago out of curiosity. Generally, it's around 60-70. But my chest started feeling a little tight when I was watching TV and it measured at 157. And I'm sure that it has gone much higher than 157 in the past.
