I've been having chest pains in the centre of my chest. The pain increases if I move or sleep on my sides. What should I do ?

If  it is increasing in movement Chances of it being muscular are more. Do Hot Fomentation and apply volini  gel. If it does not improve get an X-ray chest done and get your Uric Acid  levels done
