X-ray and CT scan of chest is normal but pain is too sharp left side of chest and around near 4 or 5 rib when press the location pain increase what we do I am worry .pain are continuous last five month

Hello, may be COSTOCHONDRITIS whichis very painful. But adv

to exclude anything related to heart.
When scan is negative probably it's psycosomatic pain.
So consuslt a general physician MD/ psychiatrist.tab buspiron10 mg two times a day after food for seven to ten days .if u feel better continue it. Plenty of liqids, light diet. Ok.

Pain is most probably musculoskeletal, ECG must be done to rule out heart condition, painkillers and muscle relaxants will help
