Chest pain that comes and goes

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Hello - I have chest pain that comes and goes and also increase in heart rate that reaches 150 sometimes just after standing from bed. Ecg, Echo, tmt and holter are normal, just sinus tachycardia. Doctor suggested inapure 5mg twice a day, but I feel chest pain sometimes and dizzy and confused sometimes. How can I get this chest pain under control?

Sinus tachycardia reaching rate of 150 per minute could be due to multiple reasons. Check your thyroid profile. Rest of Cardiac investigations ECG echo TMT holder are normal. It would be incessant tachycardia. In your case chest pain looks like non-cardiac most likely musculoskeletal.
