Hi Costo chondritis usually takes time to heal. Do regular stretch exercises and breathing exercises. If pain intolerable Then take very mild anti inflammatory drugs. Take care

Hi I can complete empathise with you dear. If it truly is costochondritis takes a longtime to get better. It’s usually relieved with a combination of measures such as hot compress and anti inflammatory drugs. The best thing that you should do is 1. Some stretching exercises 2. Hot compress 3. Paracetamol Avoid anything more than this.
