Severe chest pain due to gastric problem I have done ecg and echo test both were normal I do not what to do please guide me

Hello avoid smoking spicy food and stress Have food on time Drink more water and have food at least 2 hrs prior to sleep Head end elevation should be done while sleeping consult gastroenterologist for further evaluation and treatment.
