This ECG has got changes with trop I elevation.. consult your nearest cardiologist.. n get angiography done if advised

There are ischemic changes in the ECG. Your father needs further cardiac evaluation in the form of coronary angiogram. If the coronary angiogram reveals blockages, he may further need revascularisation in the form of angioplasty or coronary artery bypass grafting.
