Chest pain on left side

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Sometimes I feel pain around upper side, side lower and lower portion of chest on left side. if I take deep breath then sometime feel relief.I had TMT test done one year back and it was perfectly neg.what may be the reason for it and what's the solution?any medicine? And I do not get time for exercise daily.

Hi TMT varies from time to time... since you said one year back its no longer valid... One thing is that not all left sided chest pain is related to heart... Test related to heart are done as first to exclude . there are many other causes like gastritis, muscle related issues, lungs infection etc . consult physician and get treated accordingly...
