Chest pain off and on

Asked for Female, 16 Years

Like I have been feeling a sharp pain that stays around for a while in my upper abdomen under my breasts. Mostly on my right side though, and sometimes travels into my right back right under my shoulder blade. My throat also gets tight and I have a dull/achy feeling in my cheeks and jaw. I noticed that I had this when I was younger but only once and it came back around 1 year ago. Off and on. Help? I'm 16 female

Do you have any Acidity or constipation? Plenty of Salads and Fruits in Diet.Avoid oily and fried food.Eat Small frequent meals. Avoid Chillies, Spices, Cauliflower, Beans, Peppers, tea , coffee especially at night. Avoid alcohol and smoking.Avoid Carbonated drinks , juices . Don't lie down immediately after meals .At least for 30 minutes
