My wife is struggling with chest pain and she isbunable to sleep. She took the syrup to cure acidity but seems like it's not working.

Chest pain can have Various Possible causes. Abdominal cause, cardiac cause, respiratory cause, musculoskeletal cause. Need to differentiate.
