My chest hurts when I breathe or swallow food. I have chronic anxiety and GERD, but I've developed pain in my chest, neck, jaw, throat, ear, and head on the left hand side recently after a bad panic attack. My dentist told me it's because I grind my teeth but it's hard to chew also now. I'm on Eliwel, Cintodac, and Eldicet. My chest pain feels worse - is it just GERD or should I be worried? I'm 26 Female.

You seem to be suffering from GERD with temporo Mandibular joint dysfunction which is because of constant grinding of teeth known as bruxism. You may need to manage your anxiety and use medicines as prescribed. Consult a gastro enterologist for GERD management
