Middle of the chest is paining from today morning ...what is the reason?? And what is the treatment??

At the age of 24. It's not the reason for anxiety​. It's type of retrosternal chest pain that may be due to gastritis . You can take 1. Tab Pantop DSR  40/10 mg one tab before meal for 5 days. Let me know if u need any other help
