A coronary angiogram is a test to visualise the coronary arteries
It's a dynamic test
As such it rules out CAD at that moment
A myocardial bridge is when the coronary arteries go in the heart muscle during some part of their course
You need to be on Beta blocker for that
Validity of CAG as such there is no such defined time limit
