  4. Chest pain like pinched or needle. 10!

Chest pain like pinched or needle
I am having some kind of pulsating pain, or pinched or needle pain from last 4-5 days. Near middle or slighle left of the chest. Please help. ECG & stress test is normal. Kindly check attached 2d repost & advice. I do not have any problems for walking 30 minutes continue. After 45 minutes i feel tired. Weight 79 & height 5.10
