Chest pain, left arm pain from 1 8months

Im 24year old male.. I've been having left side left pain amd left hand pain(sometime it happens while walking straight or upstairs) from last 8 montns.. i have done all tests like xray, ecg, 2decho, tmt test and all were normal ... what i should i do now because i've been visited to many doctors ..
