Chest pain issue

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Person has got chest pain, or you can say heaviness. He has got little bit high cholesterol level, gastric problem. What could be the problem? I heard coronary heart disease, has same symptoms. Recently did annual health checkup as well. However TMT and ECG was OK. What could be the problem?
